Our aim is to process your order within 1-3 working days of placing your order online. This only refers to weekdays and not weekends or public holidays. Due to any reason there is a delay in processing your order we will notify you by email.
Posting and packaging costs are calculated as follows and are up to 250g:
Royal Mail 1st class recorded £3.25 (Uk only)
Standard Mail £5.05 (Europe and Rest of world)
International Signed For = £9.75 (Applies to Europe and Rest of World only)
Special Delivery = £6.90 (Applies to UK only)
All deliveries are sent out by using Royal Mail service. If your order is likely to be over 250g then please contact our office.
We aim to provide goods to a high standard and quality of service to match. Stamps, stamp collections, secondhand albums will be described with a good degree of accuracy.
All postage stamps/collections are offered and supplied as genuine.
Should these standards not meet your expectations you are within your rights to cancel and return the order within 14 days for a full refund, including the postage costs. Please see notes for return of goods.
When returning goods you must contact Enfield Stamp Centre by email at [email protected] expressing your reason for return.
Return of goods:
Should goods not be as described or are damaged you must contact the Enfield Stamp Centre by email at [email protected] You will be advised from this point onwards of what to do next.
When returning goods for orders under £200 you must obtain a Post Office Proof of Postage at customer’s expense.
Returning goods to the value of £200+ must be sent by Special Delivery postage at customer’s expense.
Oversea’s customer’s must return goods by Registered Mail with postage at customer’s expense.
Failure to do so would be in violation of the agreement of the terms and conditions.
Full refund of goods will be honoured ensuring goods are in original condition and are sufficiently packaged returnable within 14 days of receipt of goods. Return postage is payable by the customer.
Goods can be returned if they are damaged, faulty or do not meet the description provided. Postage is refundable under these conditions.
Refunds will be carried out by the same method that original payment was made.
For overseas customers refunds will be made within 21 days of receipt of goods from customer.
You can purchase collections/albums from our online store by selecting the items your require by placing them in your shopping cart as part of the checkout service. As the customer you are able to add to or amend the shopping cart prior to purchasing.
At the point of purchasing,you will be required to register online (if not already done previously) and provide your name and address, email address and other contact details.
Once you have completed your purchase throught the online credit card payment options your order acknowledgement will be sent to you.
Payment of Goods:
The payment of goods can be made through our Paypal online ordering system or by phoning our office.
Prices are stated in GB Pound Sterling – GBP (£). The Enfield Stamp Centre reserves the right to change prices without prior notice due to market demands.
